At Webtoon Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged or not what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
